If so, we will attempt to negotiate a plea bargain that meets your needs. We will only encourage you to accept a plea agreement if we believe it offers a better result than you would likely get at trial.
If the prosecutor is unwilling to negotiate, or if you have a compelling case, we will aggressively prepare your case for trial. We will conduct a thorough investigation of the facts, evidence and circumstances surrounding your arrest, so that we can make all relevant arguments.
